The flag of the Albanian Labour Party (Communist, founded in 1941) is red with the black letters "PPSH". In 1992, the 10th Congress of the Party adopted the name of Socialist Party of Albania.

"SH" is the initial of Shqipërise, "Albanian". Therefore I think that there should not be a dot after the S.
